Before booking online, we strongly recommend that both new and returning clients review the important details below. This will help ensure a smooth design and onboarding process!
PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
All payments must be submitted through our website or PayPal. For clients located in Canada, e-Transfer is also accepted. Full payment is required to begin the project, however, 50% down payments may be considered upon request.
All payments, including deposits, are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception is if PrettyGirllSociety decides to cancel the project, in which case a FULL REFUND will be issued. The remaining balance is due before final files can be delivered. If a client fails to submit the remaining balance, they will not receive their project until full payment has been received
TURNAROUND TIME
A project’s turnaround time begins based on the date provided through the client portal, not the exact day the project is booked. Turnaround times are calculated in weekdays only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Extensions may be applied to the turnaround time if the client has not submitted all necessary information to begin, continue, or complete the project.
*Please note, turnaround time is an estimate and is not a guaranteed completion date*.
REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
Under no circumstances are refunds issued. All projects are non-refundable. If a client is difficult to work with or fails to maintain a collaborative working relationship, PrettyGirllSociety reserves the right to terminate the project. In such cases, a FULL refund may be issued for any work not yet completed.
If a client wishes to cancel the project, they may be eligible for a full refund if they contact us within 24 hours of purchasing the service. Refund requests made after this 24-hour window will not be honored.
COMMUNICATION
Both the client and designer are expected to maintain timely communication throughout the project. If the client has not communicated or submitted all required information within 7 days of receiving project forms, a $25 inconvenience fee will be applied. This fee must be paid before the project can proceed. All required information must be submitted within 1 week of booking. If the client fails to meet this deadline, a $25 late fee will be added to the client’s balance.
To ensure the smooth progression of projects in the design or revision phase, we kindly ask clients to remain responsive. If there is no response for more than three days, the project will be subject to rescheduling, which includes a 7-day pause to allow the client time to refocus and provide necessary feedback
During the rescheduling period, cancellations or refunds will not be available. After the 7-day pause, the client can resume work on the project. However, if delays or lack of communication continue, the project will be canceled without the option for a refund. Please note, this policy is final and non-negotiable.
If a client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a project, we are committed to addressing any concerns during the design process. However, dissatisfaction with the final product does not qualify for a refund. Clients are encouraged to share any concerns before the project is completed. Any adjustments requested after completion will incur an additional charge or require re-booking.
DRAFTS & REVISIONS
Clients are entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional charge. All drafts will be watermarked by PrettyGirllSociety until final approval of the design. Any additional revisions (e.g., color changes, font adjustments, etc.) will incur a $5 fee per revision.
Revisions vs. Redesigns:
Revisions are minor changes (e.g., color, font, wording)
Redesigns are major changes (e.g., concept, layout).
Redesigns will incur an additional $30fee per design.
Once the client has approved the final design and the files have been sent, no further revisions can be made. If additional revisions are requested after final approval, a redesign fee will apply.
DO I NEED PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS?
Some of our services do not require photos at all. However, please note that high-quality images can significantly enhance your design. If needed, stock photos may be available upon request.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
Please fill out our New Client Form within 24 hours. You’ll find the link in your confirmation email. Once we receive your completed form, I’ll reach out to you via your preferred contact method to get started!
